The guidelines certainly allow the new process to qualify .

It is fair to point out that when in power on @StirlingCouncil Labour starved the road maintenance budget . When the SNP came to power 5 months ago we have increase by 60% the road maintenance budget. Labour lie the SNP work to protect Scotland.

When in power in Stirling Labour starved the road maintenance programme of money . Since the SNP administration took power we increase spending on roads by 60% for the next two years in @StirlingCouncil . We all know never trust Labour in Scotland .
