Hello @STN_Airport @Ryanair. Arrived in good time for a flight to Dublin today at 4.45pm to see my 90 year old mother in hospital. Due to the power outage the flight took off without us. I had to get a taxi to Luton and buy a new Ryanair ticket at huge cost. What can you do?
