This is the picture of the police criminal gang leader who intercepted me at Ajao junction on Wednesday morning being 22nd of April, 2026 while going to work at exactly 05:55am. I saw a colleague by name Comrade chinedu . As i cleared to pick him up, they double crossed me with korope bus without reg number. They forced my colleague out of my vehicle and forcefully collected my key from me and pushed me to the back seat and three of them jumped inside my vehicle all dressed in police uniform, well armed and one on mask. They drove off and turned under NAHCO bridge and headed towards Mile 2. On getting to Cele express, they cleared before the bridge and forced me to transfer the sum of 200k into a named first Bank acct and this transfer was made at gunpoint at exactly 6 29am.Immediately they confirmed the alert, they all jumped down from my vehicle and fled into their korope and zoomed off towards Mile 2. Attached below is the receipt of transaction and the picture of their leader. I reported the incident at the police station, showing them the picture of the gang's team lead but the Nigerian police force has not been forthcoming in their investigation. ✍🏽Aare Feyisayo

@RbrnJerry @PoliceNG everyday with different crime and different style of defrauding Nigerians. Law enforcement agent indeed. Those who are meant to protect lives and properties end up stealing, defrauding and killing the people they are employed to protect, what a country.

CLARIFICATION ON THE ARREST OF JUSTICE MARK CHIDIEBERE (JUSTICE CRACK) The attention of the Nigerian Army was drawn to the complaint made by some soldiers regarding their feeding and other matters relating to their welfare as posted on social media by a blogger/social media influencer, Justice Mark Chidiebere (Justice Crack). While the matter is being investigated for breach of the Armed Forces’ Social Media Policy and an attempt to misinform the public, preliminary report reveals that the soldiers discussed wide range of issues with Justice Chidiebere who seemed to be inciting soldiers to create discontent within the system. An example was a chat bothering on subversion which Chidiebere had with the soldiers. It is important to state that a situation where civilians cultivate vulnerable personnel towards acts of subversion has far-reaching implications on discipline and national security. Hence, Justice Chidiebere was picked by the Nigerian Army alongside the soldiers for investigation. While the soldiers remain in own custody, Chidiebere has been handed over to the relevant civil authorities for further investigation and possible prosecution. The Nigerian Army remains committed to the rule of law and will continue to collaborate with relevant agencies to ensure justice is served. We will continue to act within the ambits of the law in safeguarding our sovereignty. APPOLONIA ANELE Colonel Acting Director Army Public Relations 2 May 2026

This is so disheartening. No parent ever prays to witness such a horrible tragedy. I pray that God comforts the parents and gives them the fortitude to bear this unimaginable loss. As for the classmate who stole the watch—only to return it later, may God forgive such wickedness. The Bible truly says, 'The heart of man is desperately wicked, who can know it?' To the hospital responsible. I pray you never have to experience the death of a child just to learn how to care for a sick person. I am convinced this death was avoidable. On a final note, let’s stop self-medicating. The moment you or a loved one feels ill, please contact a physician immediately

This watch belonged to a pupil in my class who unfortunately is now of blessed memory. He passed on last week Thursday, April 16, just a few days before school resumed. According to his mother, he started complaining of a headache from Sunday through Monday. He was given Paracetamol, but he did not feel better … the complaints continued. On Tuesday, after taking breakfast, he was sleeping when he suddenly woke up vomiting. Then his body became stiff … he could not move any part of his body, and even his eyes could not close. He was a JHS 1 student, only 12 years old, very lively, full of life, and full of dreams. I wish I could say more about this issue of no beds in our hospitals, but I will overlook it. I will only encourage our health workers to at least find a way to assist those who need help, even if it means laying a mat on the floor for them. These patients have relatives who, I am sure, would support with anything necessary just to keep their loved ones alive. Back to the watch incident … a day before we vacated on April 1 this year, Frederick, the young man of blessed memory, complained that his watch was missing. We searched everywhere in the class, but we found nothing. Everyone said they had not taken it. We resumed just yesterday, and all the children in the class were informed that their colleague had passed on last week Thursday, so they would not be seeing him again. Today … the watch was found in the class, exactly where the owner said he had kept it before it went missing. The thief had returned it because he or she heard that the owner had died. The day this watch went missing, Frederick cried so much. He had bought it just a few days earlier because he wanted to wear it to our day, which was the very next day. These children know what they are doing … and so do the hospitals that could not help Frederick with a bed from Tuesday until he left this earth later on Thursday. Ccloveandpillsgh

A police officer stopped a young man's car and, upon checking it, realized that his driving license had expired. The police officer asked him why he was driving with an expired license. He answered: «They just fired me from my job, and the money I have is only enough for me to eat, pay rent, and my bills. I am from another state and I have come here to study at university. Plus, I have a job interview». The police officer had the option of applying the law and prohibiting the young man from driving his car, but he decided to listen to his heart. He parked his police vehicle, helped him tie his tie, got into the young man's car and accompanied him to the interview location. They entered together. The #police officer apologized and explained the reason for the young man's delay. They hired him! The young man got the job and obtained a temporary driving license until he raised enough money to renew his license. That's humanity!
