I've built a quick checker for the Claude Status page using the @getcontextdev API from my friend @mynameisyahia. It checks the website once a minute and detects any changes to the page or code that could indicate Fable 5 is back. isfableupandrunning.com Made just to test the capabilities of their API. And it rocks.

since i’ve discovered @mynameisyahia @getcontextdev i’ve already used it in two of my apps (see screenshots) - a friend of mine in the retail business needed a tool to get product MSRP’s which he currently has an employee researching it full time, built an app to automate this using context - i’m building an app to create ads for smb’s and i’m using context to automate the onboarding and gather both brand and product information

The "auto-fix" half runs entirely on @getcontextdev. When a scrape node dies, Relay re-fetches the data through their API and posts "recovered, no engineer needed" to the operator. One endpoint = my alerting tool became self-healing. ty @mynameisyahia 🙌

Built Relay — a self-healing layer for AI workflows. Most tools tell you "your workflow broke." Relay tells you "it broke — and I already fixed it." Detection + plain-English explanation + auto-recovery, straight to Slack. 👇 #Aiautomation #workflows #n8n

🚨 New case study unlocked 🚨 Mark and the team at @PolishedAds (YC W24) are building an AI ad agent for creating ads. One thing they needed was a way to automatically understand a company's brand before generation starts. Instead of building and maintaining all of that infrastructure themselves, they plugged in @getcontextdev - Logos, colors, fonts ✅ - Website content as markdown ✅ - Brand context from a domain ✅ - World class support from me ✅ "Found out about ContextDev through their YC batch entry and found the API responses a lot more up-to-date and reliable for real sites vs Brandfetch." good deal (based)

A lot of our growth has come from developers telling other developers about @getcontextdev. That's been the goal from day one, it's what i'm most proud of. Building something useful enough that people naturally share it with their friends. So I'm experimenting with something new. We're launching an affiliate program for @getcontextdev I actually tried this once before and shut it down. Too much fraud, too many people trying to game the system. This time we're doing it differently. No blanket approvals. We're only accepting creators and communities that genuinely have a technical audience and already create content developers care about. If that's you, and you've been looking for a way to monetize your content without promoting something you don't believe in, this is a good fit! The link is below :)

Always here to help.

Just interacted with a YC founder today. Yahia from @getcontextdev reached out to me. He saw that my project (Deio) had the perfect use case for his product, and gave me a generous amount of tokens to try and integrate context into my current architecture. First thoughts after playing with it a bit: > It's way better than my current website crawling architecture (which was expected) @getcontextdev completely bypasses any painpoints I encountered with Playwright. It effectively handles the heavy lifting, bypassing Cloudflare, anti bot walls, etc. And returns incredibly accurate json/md in a single API call. It's an incredible tool. As for my project, the output is better due to the cleaner data. However, the issue remains; low-cost LLMs just fundamentally lack the capability to direct an entire video. Huge thanks to @mynameisyahia for reaching out and being very generous!

🚀 Every agent failure is a context failure. Here's how developers are fixing it. If you've built AI agents, you know the pain: the model reasons beautifully -but it's working with stale training data, noisy HTML, and zero real-world context. That's the problem @getcontextdev (YC S26) was built to solve. In one API call, you can: → Scrape any URL into clean, LLM-ready Markdown in milliseconds → Crawl entire websites and pipe structured content straight into your RAG pipeline → Extract structured data using a Zod/JSON schema - pricing tiers, product listings, anything → Enrich any domain with brand data: logos, colors, fonts, styleguide, socials, description, and more → Autofill onboarding forms from a work email alone-cutting signup friction dramatically → Identify transactions by mapping messy merchant strings like "SQ *BLUE BOTTLE COF" to real brands The developer experience is genuinely impressive. Engineers at Mintlify, DocsBot, and Daily dev report going from sign-up to first integration in under 10 minutes - self-serve API key, clean docs, official SDKs for TypeScript, Python, Ruby, and Go. & yes backed by Y Combinator Huge Kudos to @mynameisyahia for building this & thanks for the credits If you're building agents or AI-native products and you're still cobbling together DIY scrapers, it's worth a look. 👉 context.dev - free tier available

Here's the visual exploration for Context . dev This direction is based on my initial analysis of their positioning and how they differentiate themselves in a crowded market. @getcontextdev @mynameisyahia Curious to hear your thoughts on this direction.

As I mentioned in my previous post, I'm starting a series where I pick standout Y Combinator startups and break down their brand from the ground up. The first startup I selected is @getcontextdev Why Context . dev? Because they operate in one of the most crowded spaces in tech right now, yet they've found an interesting angle to stand out. Most companies in this category talk about scraping, crawling, and data extraction. Context . dev talks about context for AI. That positioning shift makes the product feel much bigger than the underlying technology. Over the next few posts, I'll be diving deeper into their positioning, messaging, visual identity, and website experience.
