@eloise_gibson In Germany they’re now debating the same issue - whether GWP20 or GWP100 most appropriate. Concern from some that GWP100 doesn’t provide strong enough incentive to reduce CH4, and others with concern that GWP20 will diminish incentive to reduce CO2. Gas-specific goals, anyone?
