@b_cuse_ We spent like three months trying to make utilization rate targets that take PTO, PD, business dev into account lol. Idk we view it as one of many metrics that can point to success or not but I’m curious how important they are at other firms

if I had known before I registered for the Nebraska Planning Conference that training hours count AGAINST your utilization rate, I definitely wouldn’t have signed up for the damn conference

@CarFreeMidwest Another faction is pro-roundabout but “just not here.” It’s flashbacks to transit oriented development when neighbors liked the ideas of pedestrian scale apartments and ADUs, just not in Dundee. Giving “not in my backyard.”

I’m pro roundabout, especially given the new development that wil occur at UNMC. This section of Farnam is residential, and infrastructure should prioritize pedestrians. Roundabouts slow traffic compared to four way lights, full stop.
