It’s 4 AM. No rich parents. No resources. No degree. I’ve been off for a while, but I’m back now. Starting from zero again and this time, I’ll build it all from scratch.

You can tell a lot about a CMS by its landing page: Too many features? They’re trying to impress, not solve. Too little context? They expect you to already know them. Clear problem → Clear solution That CMS has done the homework.

You can tell a lot about a founder by their landing page. Too wordy? Overthinking. Too minimal? Overconfident. Clear and simple? Not the first ride.

The greatest skill you can have in sales? Relevance. 1. It makes personalization meaningful 2. It turns interruptions -> introductions 3. It protects your sender reputation 4. It answers why you, why now 5. It increases reply rates 10x I built my entire career off of mastering relevance. This is the delta between a long career in outbound & not making it at all.

CMS success relies on 3 pillars: 1/ Structure (how you organize content) 2/ Accessibility (how easily users find it) 3/ Scalability (how smoothly you grow it) Everything else is just plugins.

I’ve talked to plenty of founders who've done $100M+ in ecom. Steal these 7 mental models that separate $1M/month brands from $10M+/month brands. MENTAL MODEL #1: INSANE DEPTH Most brands copy surface-level sh*t. Spy tools, competitor ads, done. Winners obsess. They test new formats relentlessly. They analyze why hooks work. They go 10 layers deeper into every f*cking metric. MENTAL MODEL #2: TALENT CITADEL Your team right now might not get you to $100M. Audit them: How many A players vs B/C players? A players: Self-driven, innovative, bring ideas. B players: Need constant direction. C players: Waste your time. Protect your citadel. Wrong people slow growth more than anything. MENTAL MODEL #3: PROFESSIONAL SPY Never stop spying on what's working. Successful ads. Winning funnels. Founder interviews. Events. Masterminds. Most entrepreneurs detach once they hit their first big number. Bad move. The market shifts every month. Stay obsessed or get left behind lol. MENTAL MODEL #4: YOUR CEILING ISN’T REAL If you're around $1M/month founders, $1M feels like the ceiling. Put yourself around $10M/month founders? Your "ceiling" disappears. You realize there are levels you didn't even know existed. Your environment determines your ambition. MENTAL MODEL #5: GROWTH IS PAIN The path to $100M isn't a straight line. It's messy af. Bad hires. Lost merchant accounts. Supplier delays. Ad account bans. Months of being unprofitable. You'll eat sh*t repeatedly. Accept it. Learn from it. Keep moving. No shortcuts exist. MENTAL MODEL #6: BUSINESS IS CHESS You're competing for the same audience as 5+ other brands. Whoever wins on economics wins long-term. If your AOV is $120 and theirs is $70, you can outspend them every time. If you have subscriptions and they don't, you win over time. Economics > tactics. MENTAL MODEL #7: ACT LIKE AN OUTLIER Want outlier results? Do outlier sh*t. We call abandoned carts. We upsell on the phone after purchase. We negotiated supplier terms: 20% upfront, 50% at 90 days after manufacturing. Most pay 100% upfront and wonder why cash-flow is f*cked lol. Find unconventional edges. Follow @FedotOff90 for more.

people complain about zero followers but won't spend 20 minutes replying to bigger accounts the math: your tweet gets 50 views, your genuine reply on a viral thread can get 50k people who actually grew to 10k did exactly that for months

65% of businesses say their CMS slows down content rollout. 48% struggle with scaling content across multiple channels Market for CMS is booming ($21B+ by 2030), but 60% of teams say they overspend on integrations. Future = CMS that’s AI-native & multi-channel first. #Cms
