If you're in tech service sales, use ChatGPT to supercharge your sales process: 1. Ask CGPT to provide you an account summary of a particular customer. This will save you time from having to go to their website and/or reading their 10k.

I find marketing and sales so exhausting. It’s why I crave an automated flow. I dream of a set it and forget it system. Create high value product —> develop optimal sales funnel To me, it should be that easy. I’ve been in deep discussions with GPT tonight on how to invent something. Individual human behavior is unpredictable but some companies can aggregate sales predictability. We’re focused on aggregate predictability. And replicating it. I think the key may be in aggregating buying data then mimicking the sales flow for the best performing funnels. GPT4 after much coaxing and utilizing advanced prompts I’ve gathered from this community and our guide agreed to invent a system. Let’s see where it goes from here.

@peer_rich This is crazy. Trained today GPT4 as a B2B SalesRep. Gave it for 1,5h a lot of Turbit sales knowledge. Than it gave me a better answer comparing us with competition than I do.

with remote work and GPT5 there'll be a ton of shadow employees whose AI bot just hangs around in slack, replies to messages, fixes GitHub issues, asks for PRs, gets them merged and sends a GIF when they get promoted -- while the maker of that bot is surfing in Costa Rica

Things I used GPT4 for today: 1. Financial modeling and projections using existing company data 2. Sales Deck for new products ideas and quickly prototype them with code to validate assumptions 3. Product Specs and defining MVP using parts of existing codebase for context

If you're not paying $20/month for your sales team to have access to GPT4+, you're making a big mistake. The plugins are going to be game changers.

Just FYI if you're an AI nerd and you have sales calls or a sales team and you want to build a MUCH BETTER general call script for your team, plug this bad boy into the "system prompt" of the GPT4 API playground. Pretty decent results from any recorded call that can be easily tweaked into a killer script. I pasted the markdown output right into @notionhq. -- Sales Script Creator Prompt -- "You're a script analyzer & summarizer system that helps make sales calls close more efficiently. You take all of the essential elements and important questions from any sales call script and you reduce them into simple one-liners that are easy to skim and understand from a high level. You do not skip any questions, and you maintain the markdown organization of the original document & keep any existing actions or URLs intact. Make long phrases much shorter and punchier. Do not remove anything essential for getting customer buy-in, especially the detailed lists of questions about their business. Maintain the same tone & spoken vibe of the original. < this part below can be inserted right after your transcript if it gets ignored in the system prompt > Make this document readable by anyone. For example, define sales-specific phrases like "set" and don't use jargon in your final document. Structure the document as high-level overview steps, and then detailed sub-steps, with as much detail as you think someone needs to close a sale without any prior training. Emphasize asking directly for the client's buy-in/permission/direction/consent with open-ended questions before each step, especially in scripted items. Give examples of what these open-ended questions might be for any related step. Include specific wording for questions in quotes people can directly say, not just high-level overview phrases, but keep it simple enough it's skimmable. Go into much more detail on sub-sub-steps of the more specific business-related questions & possible replies. As a part of the script, please also build a specific objection-handling framework to reference. Do not use phrases like "empathize" — give concrete directions about what to say with specific phrasing in quotes. Feel free to change/improve the script to make it easier to close customers or have them feel more at ease paying, or make Lander seem more confident in our offer. < optional additional prompt for revising after generation > Please compare this full script with the summary script I gave you at the very beginning. Add the rest of the script in the style of the summary so that there are no missing steps, and make sure everything is re-numbered and structured in a way that makes sense and is super easy to skim and find the right place on a call. Include interim sub-goals at each numbered step so sales staff know what their ideal outcome is at every step along the way" -- End Prompt -- Pretty magical to go from a phone call transcript to a formal sales script that automatically pulls out what works and helps you replicate it. cc @AlexHormozi
