@lpolovets IMO aligning price to value should be default for any product. Anything else results in deadweight loss and customers try to avoid that through different schemes. Why pay monthly subscription when I want to use product for just 1 day.

Customers will try to game whatever pricing scheme you choose. price by seat -> seat sharing price by project -> monolith projects flat monthly price -> extract value quickly and cancel contract The only way to avoid this is to perfectly align price w/value, which is very hard.

@trueabsurdist @lpolovets Fair usage will come from identifying and implementing fair pricing. Clients that feel like they are paying an outrageous amount for little value, will spend the time and effort to find work-arounds to extract their fair-share. So be sure to get value & price are aligned
