Developments on beam are stopping today. The app stays fully usable locally and will remain available at beamapp.co We’d like to thank our investors, beta testers and everyone who helped along the way. The bright web is coming… but not just yet.

How can I use extensions in @getonbeam browser?

@aclepiodotus Cmd-T opens a new tab. It’s just the UI doesn’t show it. Validating your search in the omnibox opens the tab.

@getonbeam Hey, I'm really loving this app so far, but could you consider changing the ⌘T shortcut for the omnibar? Pretty much every browser uses it for opening a new tab, and trying to unlearn that muscle memory is hard.
