Our all-hands meetings have become legendary.
This morning, 100+ PostPilot team members showed up in full costume for our epic annual Halloween all-hands. Movie & TV characters, Labubus, even a few dressed as each other.
Our team has done an amazing job making these meetings something people actually look forward to and not forced to sit through.
But it’s not just fun. Having run a whole bunch of turnarounds, @drewsanocki and I have always lived by the Peter Drucker philosophy: culture eats strategy for breakfast. A team that’s connected and energized executes better.
A fun little break from the craziness of sending millions and millions of cards and helping thousands of brands crush it this holiday season.
