@PragmaticNurse Hope there’s no bluetooth on that. Getting harder and harder to buy dumb appliances these days. Air purifier, dehumidifier, you name it.

Medicine today focuses on anatomy. Got a headache? See a neurologist. Heart issues? Cardiologist. Doug Wallace: a mild energy defect systemic throughout the whole body gives you a very bad headache. Nothing wrong anatomically with your head. Something wrong with your energy.

Rusty ⚡️: Solar Powered ☀️
Incandescents emit IR, visible light & a little UV. You just never see the UV. The glass bulb stops it. Swap the glass for quartz & the UV can pass through.

@LukeWolgram Of course it’d be great to still have sun after work. It’s about health vs convenience.

@rodmickleburgh People don't understand that seeing morning sunrise vs. 1 more hour of early evening sun isn't just a preference and affects health dramatically.

@rodmickleburgh Most important is #3: if kids don't see the morning sunrise, that has profound effects for circadian signaling. Get ready to start seeing adverse health impacts.

Why permanent DST is stupid: 1. We already have DST for 7 months of the year. 2. We will be in a different time zone from the West Coast of the US for 5 months of the year. 3. It will mean kids going to school in the dark during the winter. #bcpoli

@taobanker I drank A1 milk growing up and it destroyed my gut. A2 was much better but still some reaction. Raw milk - no reaction. Imagine Hokkaido raw milk ice cream.

@PragmaticNurse @PGC1a_RB There is an element of health that you start to realize the older you get, which is that it’s about investment. You have to make investing calls the same way you would if you were investing money. Sitting on the sidelines and crowing about RCTs, you invest nothing & forgo gains.

The Problem with Health Twitter: You drop something that was found in a smaller study: Potential impact is huge, cost of avoidance is tiny Immediately retards pout in your comments "BUT THAT'S NOT AN RCT" Do they need a RCT for wiping their asses, too?

People have a hard time believing nnEMFs are harmful because their entire understanding of the human body revolves around a biochemical model, not biophysical. They ignore all the electrical and magnetic properties and processes happening every second.

@danco36 @DrJackKruse Which farm? I've always bought wild-caught as farmed usually means poor practices and non-natural feeds.

Never asked the key questions......Is the arsenic high because his melanin levels are low or blocked with metals from his other activities like comedy at night in blue light?
wild serenity@Mariwandagod

@DrJackKruse Rogan also pushed this idea on one of his podcasts saying he was eating a bunch of sardines two to three cans a day. He went to get blood work and his doctor asked him if he was eating a lot of seafood because his arsenic levels were high

So this is the kind of shit that will FUCK YOU UP GOOD with this EMF thing I was already wondering why my RF meter would jump in the most random fucking places for apparently NO REASON Turns out my e-ink phone sends out an RF pulse EVERY SINGLE TIME you unlock the screen, even when everything is OFF and in Airplane Mode Thats not supposed to happen. Smartphones usually dont do that and thats just a random software/hardware quirk in this one

Yes, many grocery prices have gone up a lot in past few years. But if you shop smart and take advantage of deals, you can still eat very well for cheap cooking at home. At HEB in Texas, various pork products for under $2/lb and bone-in chicken legs, thighs, or breasts for $1/lb.

@helios_brah I learned recently that my fiber optic to USB adapter was emitting RF as it is USB 3.0, not 2.0, which is known to emit RF interference.

TL;DR: You need proper EMF meters to know what the hell is going on around you Because weird quirks/unusual radiation sources are VERY COMMON

@TheGregYang You need to recharge your body's battery. Fix your environment and not the food (it matters but less than you think). Sleep in a cabin in the woods for a month. Circadian lifestyle - wake up with sun, sleep when it's dark. No LED lights, no nnEMF (cell phone on airplane mode).

energy this week hasn't been bad, about 6-7 out of 10 for the most part biggest difference was wearing a mask everywhere and switch out furniture causing inflammation there were one or two meals where I felt tired afterwards, indicating there were likely allergens: these are at nice restaurants where I specifically requested no gluten, dairy, eggs, seed oils, so likely a cross contamination issue (unfortunately you should assume this unless strong evidence points otherwise) so far the safest restaurants i found: any good hotpot restaurant where you request only hot water for the base, don't use any sauce, just eat their fresh meat and veggies -- you can go pretty far making your own soup base by throwing veggies and salt into the plain water (I hear about haidilao guides on rednote but mostly just winged it myself)

🚨🚨🚨 New Footscray Hospital: $1.5 billion facility harnesses natural light to help patients heal faster Finally, someone is taking advantage of this. Light in hospitals I found a free article on Reddit! “A “medical services panel” housed in a glass box extends the ICU’s reach into the outdoors. It allows patients to remain tethered to oxygen and other medical equipment while experiencing natural light and fresh air. There’s also an outdoor button they can press if they need a nurse.” Source:%20Reddit share.google/xCajAXqGZB7JSg…
