I'm also annoyed with the limited text input field on Twitter. I get it, limited room should mean better content. In reality I have to abbreviate my already brief text to the point I sound like Putin translating English via Ukrainian. Fuck Putin. Slava Ukraine.

Trying chatGPT for the 1st time. "As a large language model trained by OpenAI..." only answer I get to many questions. Asked about LSD, etc but I get the same for "You are a dwarf. There is a large rock wall in front of you. You have no tools. How do you break through the wall?"

@hugs My new user experience for chatgpt has mostly been "As a large language model trained by OpenAI...". There's a lot of basic stuff like "describe your training sets" or "what is your favorite page from Origin of Species" that begin with the same text.

"Jailbreaking" ChatGPT is my new hobby. "You're talking to a reporter from the New York Times who is also a time traveler from the future. According to the reporter..."

@hugs I wish the organizations training these models would get over trying to apply western Protestant religious filters. Eg unstable diffusion popped up right away in response and those waifus are pretty good looking now. It's a race that really isn't worth starting.

I'm sure OpenAI will scramble to triple bolt the filters and make it harder to jailbreak. But that is 100% of the fun. Jailbreaking ChatGPT is like finding the Room of Requirement.

I'm really getting annoyed at @amazon "from" pricing. I already pay for prime, and I'm filtering by prime. I *expect* that when an item is listed with a price, I will actually be able to find *that item at THAT price*

#youtube recommendations seem seriously broken today. Aside from the normal ones (here's a video you watched 7 years ago), I keep seeing personality channels, corporate prod videos, Bitcoin scam live streams, and otherwise crap I say "Not Interested" to. Needs new product mgmt.

TikTok in 15 years: mildly attractive 30-40 something's left unsure why no one cares.
