While he can serve as speaker, the line of succession would just skip over him, and go to president pro tempore of the senate (currently Chuck Grassley), since he'd be ineligible to be president (the same ineligibility that wins make him unable to be VP).

Just put Trump in as Speaker of the House, after JD (or whichever Republican) wins in 2028, then the new Republican President and VP resign, then we’ve got Trump as president again. The constitution just says can’t be ELECTED to more than two terms, but doesn’t say anything about using the Line of Succession to more than two terms.
