NEW: Our campaign has seen momentum from Oakland to the UP this week after our second debate win and dominating the straw poll in Gladstone at the 1st District Debate!  Turns out showing up, talking about winning, and getting big things done matters to Michigan Republicans!

Started the morning off in Gaylord, saw my buddy @JohnJamesMI who got lost between there and today’s debate with the 1st Congressional District GOP in the UP. Talked about how I’ll order Michigan state police to work with ICE and federal law enforcement as Governor and how we make Michigan competitive again!

Taking my winning message to the UP today. One thing that unites Republicans from every part of the state is that we need to WIN again. Takes a lot of sweat & discipline. There are going to be no shortcuts to turning Michigan red this fall. Let’s get this done and deliver property tax relief to homeowners & seniors, eliminate the income tax, rein in the utilities, and Make Michigan Great Again!

Thanks to the Otsego County GOP for kicking off the morning with @JackBergman_MI1, Rep Ken Borton, @MicheleHoitenga, @DougLloyd4ag & @tonyforlini1. Talked about fixing education, driving down utility and healthcare costs (which I did as AG when the governor and legislature refused to act). And most importantly, the importance of fighting and beating statewide Dems (Benson-Duggan) which I have done multiple times like @realDonaldTrump to enact conservative principles.

Michigan families are making tough decisions every day, and too many are choosing to leave because costs are too high and our schools aren’t delivering the results our kids deserve. If we want our kids and families to stay here, we need to end the income tax and fix our schools. That’s how we turn Michigan around, and I’m the candidate to do it.

RELEASE: COX WINS OAKLAND COUNTY GOP DEBATE "At the end of the day, you have to ask yourself, do you want Republicans to win again? I'm the only one with a record of doing it, and I'll do it again."

Anyone can talk about winning in November, shrinking government, deporting illegals, and giving money back to taxpayers. There is only one candidate running for Governor who’s already proven he can.
