@becky_thorn @SuziEdwards Wow. It is November 2024. The Queue has continued to grow. After a brief but vicious civil war in June ‘23, elections took place in mid ‘24. The new Head of the Queue vows to find out what they were all queueing for.

@rbs_tito Tricky one. Reminds me of the Freakonomics (yes, I know) tale of the daycare. Try removing all the ad hoc, 1:1s and add in a daily office hours chunk. Accept no invites, but open a video call to every in-bound request?
