@JenSiessOnAir @stlCITYsc This is about the player’s arm being in a justifiable position for the movement he is making. He’s falling over, puts his hand down to brace. Also, no player deliberately puts their hand on the ball like this knowing it will end up a penalty kick. All of this is in play.

I already know what you are going to say @ggansner. Not intentional. I get that, of course it's not. But, incidental or not, he gains control of the ball that he would have otherwise not had.
If this is not a handball, I'd like some calls back for @stlCITYsc. At some point, the slicing and dicing of "intent" ruins the "clear and obvious" 🤯⚽️

@HellbenderSTL @jtsimmons108 @BallWatchingSTL This image is not conclusive, and I’m not convinced he’s in an offside position TBH - possibly behind both ball and defender due to angle of image. Rockwell on the line and I trust him! Even if he’s in OS pos, I struggle to consider him interfering at this level.
