Thinking of a policy or regulation stopping remote domestic work is hard, and the same applies to Int’l remote work when it comes to intermediate service tasks (e.g. back office)

📈 Barriers to digital services trade have grown in recent years.
The highest increases were in the Asia-Pacific region + OECD countries. With regulatory barriers specifically, Africa remains the highest among all regions.

It seems we have the first post-Appellate Body WTO appeal. Two points: 1. Arbitrators are to be selected at random from (former AB members)+(MPIA arbitrators). 2. Arb agreement explicitly links this appeal to another (forthcoming?) Art 25 appeal, in EU - Steel Safeguards (DS585).
