I've had a cleaning person come to my apartment 2x/month for a year now and can honestly say it's the best money I've ever spent. The orderly calmness of sitting in my apartment after she's done is worth more than any other nonessential item in my budget.

@laurenofthesea You can hand express off the pressure and it won't affect your supply. Or just stand in the shower and squeeze - that's not telling your body you need more. And take decongestants!! Apparently cabbage in your bra works too 🤣

@laurenofthesea If you're not breastfeeding, any sort of decongestant medication like sudofed etc will drain your milk dry quickly 👍

@laurenofthesea It takes quite a while to adjust especially if you're breastfeeding. There were multiple times I woke up and just squeezed them over the sink to relieve the pressure 😅😅 x

I'm twice this woman's age, but I think an ice cream date for an initial meeting is pretty cool. After two marriages and a number of dalliances, I offer this advice. The first meeting is a time to just see if there's a vibe. Why not enjoy a sweet treat while seeing what's good?
