After the interaction session, Oxfam Together Against Poverty (TAP) team visited local rice farms to see the harvesting processes.

PFAG farmers in Asutuare are hosting Oxfam team as part of the Together Against Poverty (TAP) week in Ghana.The meeting is to get first hand info about rice farming in the district, their experiences and challenges and how they are able to engage govt in addressing their concerns

Gender responsive budgeting (#GRB) ensures equitable distribution of resources & equal opportunities for men and women in an economy. Hence, #GTLC with support of #OXFAM is strongly advocating for Ghana's national budgets to be well #gendered both on paper and in reality.

Madam Victoria Adongo, Executive Director of PFAG notes that, #Food is Health and #Food is Wealth. And in all this, #Nutrition is key. She urged all to be interested in what goes into food production. #TrackingNutritionExpenditureinGhana
