#WATCH | Ghaziabad, UP: On fire incident at Gaur Green Avenue in Abhay Khand, CFO Rahul Kumar says, "... We convened a meeting of all departments and issued directives related to fire safety. Special instructions were given to address encroachments, illegal constructions, and to strengthen fire‑fighting systems. Committees and teams have been formed across departments to act in high‑rise societies, industries, and malls where fire hazards exist. The DM also directed that new fire stations be established in areas with growing demand. In the last audit, about 350 societies were checked; 139 received notices for minor deficiencies, while 52 societies faced legal action for repeated non‑compliance. Currently, Ghaziabad has 22 fire tenders, including new high‑capacity vehicles of 22,000, 14,000, and 12,000 litres. With new stations, more vehicles will be added to strengthen fire safety infrastructure."

गाजियाबाद के इन्दिरापुरम स्थित गौर ग्रीन एवेन्यू सोसायटी में आज आग लगने एवं कुछ फ्लैट्स में लोगों के फँसे होने तथा डबल लॉक लगे होने की सूचना प्राप्त हुई। सूचना मिलते ही डीजी फायर सर्विस के निर्देशानुसार @fireserviceup की टीम तत्काल मौके पर पहुँची और मुख्य अग्निशमन अधिकारी @ghaziabadfire के कुशल नेतृत्व में राहत एवं बचाव अभियान प्रारंभ किया गया। कुल 17 दमकल गाड़ियाँ, 2 हाइड्रोलिक प्लेटफॉर्म तथा लगभग 70 अग्निशमन कर्मियों ने चुनौतीपूर्ण परिस्थितियों में आग पर पूर्ण रूप से काबू पाया तथा कई लोगों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाला। साथ ही ऊपरी मंजिलों पर फँसे महिलाओं, बच्चों एवं बुजुर्गों को भी सकुशल रेस्क्यू किया गया। गाज़ियाबाद फायर सर्विस की त्वरित कार्रवाई और कुशल रणनीति के चलते आग को अन्य फ्लैट्स में फैलने से रोक दिया गया। इस पूरी घटना में किसी प्रकार की कोई जनहानि नहीं हुई है। #UPPolice #UPFireService #FireFighters

VIDEO | Ghaziabad: Fire breaks out in Indirapuram's Gaur Green Avenue society. Chief Fire Officer Rahul Pal said, "At about 8:50 am, we were informed that a fire has broken out at the 9th floor of Gaur Green Avenue. 17 of our fire fighting vehicles were called on the spot and we began our rescue and relief operation. Our teams rescued all the people trapped in the fire. Around 10 people were rescued. There have been no reports of injuries. The fire has been controlled completely." VIDEO | Ghaziabad: Fire broke out at Gaur Green Avenue society of Indirapuram. Chief fire officer Rahul Pal said, "The fire has been controlled completely. Our officials have reached every floor. Our teams are here since 9 am and everybody has been rescued. No injuries have been reported. The fire started on the 9th floor flat where some construction work was being done.
