No one ever reaches out Instead, I have to repeat everything again just to hear the same scripted responses. This is unacceptable. Stop feeding me generic replies and fix this. Where is my money? This is straightup harassment at this point. I am already filing consumer complaint.

I even checked with my bank - there is NO CREDIT. Nothing. Every time I ask for a transaction ID or proof, I get the same copy-paste reply saying someone senior will reach out in 24 hours.

It has been weeks and I STILL have not received my money. Your support has been absolutely useless. First, you said the refund failed from your bank's side. Then suddenly, it was “manually processed.” But no amount was deposited and asked me to ask my bank.
