@CIES_Football @SkillCorner that's why they're criticized for a lack of intensity in some matches. it's very difficult to maintain that pace in more than 50 matches, which is why the team will be significantly strengthened next summer.

@Guidolino8 Il primo tempo della Roma è stato migliore di quello dell'Inter; lo splendido gol di Çalhanoğlu ha spento le speranze della Roma.

Hakan’s screamer catalogue must be HUGE. Always remember watching YouTube vids growing up and it was him scoring free kicks from the halfway line and shit for Hamburg & Leverkusen. That lad can strike a ball alright 🤣

@Idrinkyershake8 you haven't seen pedri. pedri has all the characteristics of those two legends. at 23, he's dominating the midfield, sometimes with help, sometimes on his own. your comparison with silva is completely irrelevant.

Every big game that I have watched from Barca/Spain in the golden era has been a Xavi/Iniesta masterclass. Insane ability to always show up. Pedri is closer to David Silva than those two.

@abdifunky444 @tygarii last season isn't the same as this one; they're covering lamine too much. that's why i'd like him to play more as a number 10, with more freedom in those areas. balde is necessary, especially for this match where we need to be offensive.

@gianperschief @tygarii It worked for us last season man we can make chances but why gamble this late into the season also I don’t trust balde he had not done anything this season, if you want offensive RB then give me a name? Who Eric Garcia? It’s the same😭😭 cancelo won’t play RB🤷🏾‍♂️ ask flick

Bro, did you guys notice how Koundé came on and played his heart out? He was fighting for the team, for the ball, for everything. I’ll admit I have this bias where, if a player isn’t from our academy, I tend to see them as just an employee. I question their love, commitment, and loyalty, so it usually feels like business as usual to me. But honestly, I think Koundé genuinely loves this club from what I saw today

@TacticsTI i think valverde will start in an attacking position for the first few minutes... then, if they see luis causing too many problems, they can change positions. valverde is a very physical player, but i don't think he can do both things at the same time.

@gianperschief Or atleast minimize a bit of his influence for Real’s attack.

My question is this: Do you think Real Madrid would be willing to follow this madness, or would they rather take a more conservative approach? Either way would probably suit Bayern. #UCL #RMFCB

@TacticsTI exactly, that could be "good" for them because you keep a closer eye on luis díaz (one of the best players right now), but you lose an offensive weapon. the tactical approach is very interesting.

@gianperschief But then again Valverde playing RB would probably hurt their attacking play. Interesting to see on tuesday.

we have the four best players in each phase of the game; we need to capitalize on that. Joan Garcia Cubarsi Pedri Lamine give them more support, especially on flick, there are clear areas for improvement, but we're still doing the same things when they could have an even more favorable game than they do now.

the second option is undoubtedly better, especially because of the high press; rashford contributes nothing in that area. besides, pedri will be the only creative midfielder in that match, so we need players to support him, and fermín and olmo can be of greater help, both in building attacks and controlling the game.

with koundé there and his lack of attacking support, lamine is constantly marked by two or three opposing players. this system typically uses attacking full-backs. this allows them to create numerical advantages and at least create one-on-one situations thanks to their support. de jong could come into the back three, creating balance and setting up play. also, when attacking down one side, the full-back on the other side stays positioned lower up the pitch to avoid creating imbalances.

@gianperschief @tygarii Well considering how high cancelo plays we need Kounde for our 3 man defence, do u want two very offensive midfielders? 1 mistake or wrong pass and it’s open season for our defence🤷🏾‍♂️ Kounde is solid defender and he is not slow. He only looks slow on offence that’s why.

@KingLeo292171 @daniolmo7 olmo should always be a starter, and if possible, as a false 9. he can be substituted as the game progresses, but what he brings is more command and control, which is essential.
