For most of my career, I’ve operated inside large systems.
Scaling them. Optimizing them. Holding together the parts that didn’t quite fit.
Over time, a pattern became impossible to ignore.
The hardest failures weren’t happening because people lacked intelligence or effort. They were happening between systems. Between tools. Between signals that never quite connected in time.
And in the end, customers paid for that gap.
That never sat right with me.
Eventually, optimizing inside the structure stops being enough.
Today I’m choosing a different path.
We’re introducing @kosmosailabs: a company built around a simple conviction: intelligence should live inside the work, not after the fact.
The founding post lays out how we think about systems of record, root cause, and execution under pressure.
This is long-term work. It will be practical. Often unglamorous. Always grounded in reality.
It begins.
