This is absolutely beautiful. Weinstein can’t defend his nonsense on the merits. I thought he was genuinely schizo. But he doesn’t respond to Tracey by saying “yes Epstein is alive.” He knows he can’t defend it. At some level he knows he’s full of it.

You make a compelling argument. But something tells me you choose to listen to the collective perception of Bret, and not Bret himself. And surely you might say: 'why would i waste my time listening to dogshit weinstein and his vague generalization slop?' And I'd warn you that history shows there's a dark genius to following the crowd and it will almost certainly deceive you. So instead you resort to more name calling and no substance. What are you gonna do though -- as the old saying goes: 'When the debate is lost, slander becomes the tool of the loser'.

I never said I agree or disagree. I am saying however that people's opinions of others are often shaped by collective criticism (valid/invalid, true/false, doesn't matter). When that happens, people often resort to name calling and slander instead of pointing out the logical fallacies. Which you do a good job of presenting.

Sure, I'm happy to help: rather than listening to what people say about people and become a victim of emotional manipulation, instead go to the source directly to determine whether or not Bret's arguments are generalizations and use your own thinking brain to make your own decision

Okay. So what exactly is long Covid, then? Give me a (preferably narrow) set of symptoms, a theory of etiology that explains them, a predicted progression of disease, and validated clinical markers. Except you can’t do any of those things. Because Long Covid isn’t real.
