@arqbackup I have an issue after upgrading to v6 (on a lifetime license). When starting the initial import I get an error immediately "Error: 1 archived folder is present. Import cannot proceed. Please create a new Backup." Any pointers? TIA.

@bjango I'm running iStat Menus 5,32 (743) and just migrated to a new system. (iMac 2019) Now it won't show any temperatures, even after installing the helper program. Any suggestions or is an upgrade purchase required?

@bjango @Chrisvosters There are no temperature sensors with iStatMenus 6.31 and the iMac 2019 (27"). Waiting for new version...

@Chrisvosters Which Mac model do you have? It’s possible we didn’t have temperature support in iStat Menus 5 for that model (if it wasn‘t out when that version of iStat Menus was released).

Arq Cloud Backup is now available! It comes with its own cloud storage, for folks who don’t want to manage the storage separately from the app. Plus it’s super fast! We hope you like it: arqbackup.com/arqcloudbackup/

@arqbackup Tried to sign up for trial. Enter email and password to use, press continue and I understand, after a while I get 504 Gateway Time-out error.

@arqbackup @antons You need to do: System Preferences -> Security&Privacy -> Privacy -> Application Data and enable Arq. This is needed for other things - like backup of Mail folders.
