Here’s the thing: No matter where you stand on TikTok, it’s just the latest example of the scariest truth about Donald Trump. He is capable of acting ONLY in his own interests. He’s humanly incapable of putting ANY interests, including the country’s interests, before his own. That’s why he fucked up Covid, it’s why he got impeached the first time, and it’s why he could never accept an election loss & why he wanted January 6th to happen. And it’s why he now wants to keep TikTok. Because it’s in HIS interests to do so. He does not care the impact it’ll have on our country. But I’m a broken record. Voters knew this about Trump and still elected him.
