@SimonRaiwalui Totally agree, rugby gives you these things in spades. I do not understand how this can be a true statement at all & how would it be considered or quantified. Wonder if they compare it to sitting in isolation for hours on end playing violent games on a console? Or even football?

Rugby gave me everything as a kid, a family, education, discipline, responsibility to others, confidence, friendship and a sense of belonging as a child…everything I am today is because of those experiences within rugby.
