@SunnySpirit1919 @Bederowlaw ARCCA's conclusions and opinions were the same between trial 1 and trial 2. Nothing changed. The same can't be said for the CW, can it?? Why did they shell out $600k for "experts" when they have troopers on the MSP already available?? The CW is the side that changed details

I “literally” was alerted to this bizarre missive a few hours ago (I blocked this irrationally angry person some time ago and she chose to block me while attacking me). In my view, this tweet reveals much more about her than it does me. It’s what lawyers call “exhibit A” in support of the position that people consider the source, bias, temperament, and expertise of a Twitter lawyer whose primary function appears to boil down to looking for every tweet and video and then policing the “stupid people” on the internet. Consider these factors and draw your own conclusion about who is a clown. Go Celtics!

What happens next on the Erika Girardi purchase: 1. Buyer has until Wednesday, April 29th, 2026 to fund purchase. 2. Final Status Conference for Trial: April 29, 2026 3. Trial: May 19, 2026 Erika said recently regarding the complaint we filed and her imminent trial date, “You can file for bankruptcy, or you can fight it out in court. You can go to trial.” Erika continued, “You can cut a deal. I have no idea.” Correct, she has no idea what to do. We believe that the buyer will appear before the 29th of April so they can start utilizing the case file materials.

After hearing 4 hours of testimony about love gone wrong, way wrong, like to the bottom of the sea wrong, Boston Judge Paul Treseler has taken under advisement motions for restraining orders filed by media personality Turtleboy and his ex-girlfriend Meredith O'Neil against each other. "This fire needs to go out," Judge Treseler said as he left the bench. The judge, who was a Suffolk prosecutor, drug crimes fighter and former parole board head, sounded unfamiliar with the online world of profane livestreams, X posts and shows like the one played in court today where Turtleboy Aiden Kearney discussed his sex life with O'Neil, including an attempt at "reverse cowgirl." "Are these published out to the internet to whoever is turned on by that kind of thing?" the judge asked. Later, the judge asked incredulously, “And 200,000 people would log on to see whatever he was saying?" (Turtleboy later clarified not quite that many.) O'Neil claims Turtleboy's campaign against her last fall after their breakup "ruined" her life. She was fired in Feb. from her post as vice president at a multinational bank because of "reputational harm" to the company posed by Turtleboy and his followers tagging on X, she testified. Turtleboy argues her own online behavior attacking him led to her firing. After they broke up last summer over allegations of cheating, he says his ex retaliated by leaking confidential evidence from Norfolk County's pending witness intimidation case against him. She had helped him with his court case and had access to an entire extraction of his phone, including nude pictures of himself and past girlfriends. In South Boston, he testified today that O'Neil tried to extort him by threatening to release more from the phone. O'Neil said she was "trying to defend myself against the lies he was spreading." Judge Treseler quickly caught on to the ways of content creators. When Turtleboy's lawyer objected to the inference that Turtleboy endorsed another creator's claims about O'Neil just because he broadcast parts of the other creator’s show, the judge remarked, "I don’t think he did it because he’s in love." The mud was flying all afternoon. Turtleboy claimed he once found O'Neil in his bed with her face covered in her own blood after harming herself over their breakup. "It was like something out of a horror movie," he testified. She testified he was so drunk one night he refused to leave her home and lay face down on the floor having a "toddler tantrum,” kicking and waking the neighbors. He said it was a panic attack because she threatened to falsely report him for abuse and get him jailed on a bail revocation like another ex girlfriend did. He met O’Neil then when he was in jail and she reached out to him in 2024. At one point today, Judge Treseler said what everyone in the courtroom was probably thinking, “I need an aspirin.”

@LorieA1969 @mabbe_8 Also only focusing on Kelsey. Didn’t Noonon originally testify that she hid behind the door? Agree the focus on body cams is putting the cart before the horse. In a he said/she said where both are credible = reasonable doubt.

You’re acting like uncertainty is a flaw in the system instead of the entire reason reasonable doubt exists. Judge Karp didn’t “take an easy out” he applied the law. If both accounts are credible and the evidence doesn’t clearly tip the scale, the verdict has to be not guilty. That’s not a loophole, that’s the foundation of the justice system. And let’s not pretend training makes someone incapable of making a bad call. “Former SWAT” doesn’t equal infallible it means higher expectations, not automatic credibility. Officers are human, and high stress situations don’t magically become error proof because of a resume. As for the gun storage point, you’re jumping from inconsistency to intent without proving anything in between. That’s speculation, not evidence. Courts don’t convict people based on “that doesn’t sit right with me.” What actually doesn’t sit right is the idea that someone should be found guilty because the alternative feels uncomfortable. You’re free to disagree with the verdict. But replacing legal standards with gut feelings and hypotheticals? That’s how you end up with wrongful convictions, not justice.

I’ve had some time to process the not-guilty verdict in the #KelseyFitzsimmons case, and I’ll be honest: it doesn’t sit right with me. Judge Karp said he found both Kelsey and Officer Noonan credible and that without body-worn camera footage, we’ll never fully know what happened. To me, that feels like an easy out. Cases have been decided in courtrooms for decades without body cams. That’s not new. That’s not a barrier to justice. That’s an excuse. A cop-out. And when you look at the facts, there are real credibility issues that shouldn’t just be brushed aside. Kelsey told police the guns were locked in a safe in the basement. There was no safe in the basement. The guns were scattered around the house. That’s not a small mistake. That’s a false statement. So the obvious question is why? Was she planning something else before she was surprised with the TRO? It makes no sense to have guns scattered around the house while your baby is home with you, no? At the same time, you have Officer Noonan, a highly trained former SWAT team member who has extensive experience in high-stress, shoot/no-shoot scenarios. This is literally what he’s prepared for. The idea that he simply “panicked” in that moment doesn’t line up with his background or training. This case came down to a few seconds and whether you believe a trained officer responding to a perceived lethal threat, or an account that includes clear inconsistencies. And now, predictably, the next phase is already starting. You’ve got the Aidan Kearney / #FKR crowd going after Justin and Noonan online. Neither of them were charged with any crimes, yet they’re being dragged, smeared, and targeted. It’s the same tired playbook: * Discredit the witnesses * Attack their character * Create enough noise that the truth gets buried It’s shameful. And unfortunately, it works more often than it should. You can agree or disagree with me on the verdict. That’s fair. But going after people who were part of this incident, who testified, and who have not been charged with anything, crosses a line. Hopefully, someday, a Massachusetts judge or official will stand up and be counted or just do their job. That'd be a nice place to start. This has to end. #defendingthetruth

@CoffindafferFBI He said he found both parties credible that is reasonable doubt. Then noted that body cameras would have cleared it up. That doesn’t mean he needed it. It means it would have told an unbiased story. His nod to cops to turn it on. Follow procedure. Then no questions

Not Guilty - Kelsey Fitzsimmons There is an old saying about Bench Trials and that is: The defense never asks for a bench trial unless they know the outcome ;) Essentially, the judge said without BWC footage, he could not know what happened for sure, leaving him with reasonable doubt. So odd. BWCs are new. Cases were decided for decades without them based on testimony. Anyway, respectful of the Judge's verdict. Tragic case all-around around. I hope Ms. Fitzsimmons takes her second chance and succeeds and that nothing bad happens to her baby or ex.... #KelseyFitzsimmons #verdict
Jennifer Coffindaffer@CoffindafferFBI

Kelsey Fitzsimmons She's a former police officer for North Andover PD in MA. She is accused of assault when officers from her own department went to her home to serve her with a protective order because a judge found probable cause that she assaulted her then fiancé and was danger to her baby (see link below). Her trial starts tomorrow. She asked for a bench trial which means a judge will decide whether to convict or not. She was home on sick leave suffering, purportedly, from postpartum depression. I know this condition exists and is dangerous but the issue is, Kelsey has been arrested for alcohol related issues and domestic violence in the past way before she had a child. (She pled the DV down to a misdeamenor) Her issues seems similar in ways to: The Bachelorette and Courtney Clenney. Below are documents indicating her previous arrest for DV. The prosecution will try to enter them via 404 B doctrine showing similar bad acts in the past to show her actions were a pattern, not due to postpartum. We shall see if the judge allows them. P.S. The trial judge recently relaxed her pretrial conditions. She is in her own place. This tells me the judge seems to think she does not pose a danger to herself or others. Has he not seen her track record? Her defense is that she didn't pull a gun on the officer, but that in fact she was going to kill herself. I can't wait to hear this testimony. I hope the judge allows this in. It is critical to explain Kelsey's pattern of behavior. youtube.com/live/n4c0fl8qI… #KelseyFitzsimmons #domesticviolenceawareness

@CoffindafferFBI Do you truly not understand what the judge said his reasoning was? He said he found both the cop's and the defendant's testimonies credible. Under a reasonable doubt standard with little other non-testimonial evidence (obviously a BWC would be 1 form), that must be NG.
