@seanilling I take @extractlabs CBD Sleep gummies. I recommend trying them. (No one is paying me to say this.) Before the gummies I could be reading for hours before getting sleepy again. Now, I may still wake up, but find I’m rarely awake for very long. Just my two cents worth😊

This is a view of #Pittsburgh from a few years back, but it's one that I've never shared. There's usually so much barge traffic (which I love) around the West End Bridge that reflections like this are hard to come by but on this particular morning, the Ohio was nice and calm.

One of my favorite places in #Pittsburgh to visit during the holidays is Kennywood, and their holiday light display this year doesn't disappoint. Going during the freezing temperatures and Steeler game last week meant that the park was pretty empty, allowing for some fun shots.
