A lot of people don’t realise this, but our support portal is probably one of the most comprehensive support libraries in the world.
It has 1,400 articles that explain not just our products but also simplify various market and process-related topics.
If you ask ChatGPT or Claude to search our support portal for a question, there’s over an 80% chance the answer is already there.

Is Telangana’s Health Care at the brink of collapse? A must read & share.
I had first-hand experience of how Telangana’s government healthcare system functions during a real medical emergency yesterday.
When my family member suffered a sudden stroke, I immediately called the 108 Emergency Ambulance Service.
It took nearly 40 minutes for the ambulance to reach us in the Malkajgiri area, despite multiple calls to explain the location. The driver eventually had to be guided via WhatsApp location pin because he couldn’t find the place.
Even after arriving, the driver was unwilling to wait even five minutes to help shift the stroke-affected senior citizen. We somehow managed to rush her to the nearest District Medical Hospital in Malkajgiri (just 4–5 km away).
The doctor there checked her vitals, took a brief history, and immediately referred her to Gandhi Hospital, saying they couldn’t treat her there.
The same 108 ambulance driver, who was still waiting for my signature, refused to take us to Gandhi. He insisted I call 108 again so the system could formally allocate the vehicle. I called the helpline, explained the emergency, and even had the hospital nurse speak to them.
The customer care responded that they were sending an ambulance and put me on conference call with a vehicle near Uppal nearly one hour away. When I asked why they couldn’t simply use the ambulance already present at the hospital, I was told, “It doesn’t work that way. The system allocates.”
After waiting for over an hour, the second 108 ambulance finally arrived to shift the patient (who had a mild brain stroke with high BP and sugar levels) to Gandhi Hospital.
At Gandhi Hospital’s Emergency Ward entrance, two private ambulances were already waiting to unload patients. I overheard security staff saying, “Beds anni full unnai kada… ekkada pedataru vellani?” (All beds are full, where will we keep them?), only to be immediately hushed by another staff member.
When I asked if beds were available, they told me to check for myself. The Emergency Ward was completely overcrowded — not a single bed was free — yet somehow space was made for my patient. We were then asked to get an OP card from a counter a few metres away, which was issued quickly.
The ward was in total chaos. Doctors were handling 4–5 critical patients at a time with no time to even drink water.
The entire overcrowded emergency ward had zero air conditioning.
The doctor we finally met was polite and asked for a CT Brain scan. Getting the requisition form itself involved manual paperwork and stamps. There were no stretchers or wheelchairs available. When I requested one, the nurse said all were in use and suggested checking the storeroom. Luckily, I managed to get one from a helper. (Normally, patients have to deposit their mobile phone as security for the stretcher, but the nurse kindly allowed me to return it later.)
We waited another 30 minutes at Room 131 for the CT scan.
This entire ordeal highlighted the serious gaps in our emergency medical response system.

In defense of Indian 🇮🇳 democracy!
During Prime Minister Narendra Modi most successful visit to Norway a minor incident happened. A Norwegian journalist demanded that the prime minister starts holding press conferences. She claimed that Indian democracy is in bad shape.
May be its time to pause? May be its time to be a bit curious to the world’s largest democracy?
Two weeks ago five Indian states and territories held elections. The turn out in the battlefield state of West Bengal was 94%. In the last local election in Norway it was 62%, in many European local elections turn out is below 50%. Can voting in massive numbers be a signal Indians trust their democratic process?
In the same election BJP won big in Assam and West Bengal. It lost even bigger in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Can this diversity be a signal that Indian democracy is reflecting the will of the people?
The journalist referred to a democracy ranking putting India at 157 in the world, behind many dictatorships and deeply troubled states. When a ranking is so obviously contrary to common sense, why not ask critical questions to those making the ranking rather than demand that leaders shall comment on nonsense? I recommend Salvatore Babones book “Dharma democracy”. The book debunks convincingly the flawed methodology of these rankings.
It was referred to a ranking claiming it’s very dangerous to be a journalist in India. Reality is that it is more dangerous to be journalist in the US and far more dangerous in the vast majority of other nations in the world.
Let’s be real. India is not perfect. Of course there are incidents. India has a population the size of North America, South America and Europe combined. But India is much more peaceful than Europe or the Americas. That’s remarkable - given the ethnic, language and religious diversity of India and the many development challenges.
Unless we consider democracy a form of government only suited for some very small, peaceful and homogeneous Western European nations, may be we should commend Indian democracy?
India is the only major former UK colony which became and has remained a democracy. Its sometimes claimed that the Brits taught India democracy. If that was the case why isn’t Myanmar or Pakistan or the Gulf kingdoms democracies??? Reality is that Indian democracy is both homegrown and extraordinary successful.

I was lamenting to my wife the other day on how "Honesty is the best policy" is the biggest lie we have all been told and the last people the world rewards are honest people
And she told me something that will stay with me for a long time
She said, We should not honest for the world to recognize and respect us.
We should be honest so that we respect ourselves.
As long as we are happy after being honest, it sure is the best policy.

I'm being asked about Airtel's postpaid plan where they are providing priority service for Airtel customers. Here's my take:
As per my understanding of current Net Neutrality regulations, creating plans with higher speeds for does not violate Net Neutrality, as long as you don't prioritise speeds for specific apps, services or sectors, or price access to different apps, services or sectors differently.
It's important for TRAI to look into this, because this rollout should not lead to the degradation of experience for other customers of Airtel.
Just because 5G technology is capable of network slicing, doesn't mean that network slicing is used to discriminate between apps, services or sectors either on speed or data pricing.
I think principle that Vishal Misra @vishalmisra, professor at Columbia University, had given us for Net Neutrality, that "the Internet must be maintained as an open platform, on which network providers treat all content, applications and services equally, without discrimination" should determine how we look at these developments.
