I've made $3 million selling ebooks online.
• No writing.
• No audience.
• No fancy sales funnel.
Here's the boring system that can make you at least $2,945 in the next 72 hours:
1. Find an unsexy, urgent problem
Go on Reddit. People complain there all day.
You're not looking for trends, you're looking for pain.
Example: "How to stop your husband from snoring at night"
That's your niche.
2. Build the outline with ChatGPT
Prompt it to outline 10 chapters around that problem.
Each chapter should stand alone, because Amazon shows samples, and samples sell books.
3. Write the book with Claude
Feed Claude your outline, your tone, your style.
Ask it to write 1,000 words per chapter.
Target: 80–150 pages. Done in an afternoon.
4. Design the cover in Canva
Most people skip this. Don't.
Your cover is your ad.
Great design = more clicks = more sales.
5. Publish on Amazon KDP
Upload. Done.
- No inventory.
- No sales page.
- No personal brand.
Amazon handles the rest.
Publish 3–5 books this way.
See what sells. Scale the winners.
Total cost to start: nearly $0.
Though I'd recommend investing $800–$1,500 in tools and freelancers once you're ready to treat it like a real business.

I’ve published 1500 eBooks and made $3M on Amazon.
But 9 out of 10 people fail to make any money on it.
I researched and found out why…
It's not the cover, title or the quality.
It's an algorithmic change Amazon made 6 months ago you don’t know about.
Here are 5 signals Amazon's algorithm looks for now:
1/ Read-through rate (how many readers finish your book)
2/ Time spent in book (if they're skimming, you lose visibility)
3/ Highlight rate (are readers finding value worth saving?)
4/ Review velocity (consistent reviews, not fake spikes)
5/ Return rate (Amazon tracks refunds within 7 days)
Most publishers optimize for only 1 (getting clicks).
Smart publishers optimize for all 5.
That's why my books rank #1 while "better" books sit buried.
Here's what changed my entire strategy:
I now engineer books for completion, not just keywords.
My worst-performing book still does $1,000/month semi passively because readers actually finish it.

There's an easy way to know if someone has taken Qatari money: Have they said nice things about Qatar?
Qatar isn't Italy or Norway. It's just a little patch of sand with a few gaudy towers and 2,000,000 semi-slaves to serve its little theocratic tribal dictatorship with a population smaller than Lexington, Kentucky. So if you "like" Qatar, it's because they pay you.
