@Altcoinist For how much longer will it remain in stealth do you think?

there are folks who tweet "this token will 100x" etc., which is completely okay. we should be grateful for people putting in reps, bull posting, giving signals, working for the bag and believing.
with $tibbir, when i write "you’ll be retired", i truly mean it, deep to my core. whatever retirement means for you, i don't mean the x amount of money u'll make, but the freedom you'll achieve.
the freedom to do what you love to do in life, to take care of the people that matter to you, and to have an increased positive impact on life.
that's what i visualized early on, and this will happen.

if i am right, everyone holding a decent bag of $TIBBIR will be retired by the end of this year. have a frogely Saturday.

@maxkarpis Will Revolut introduce any better rewards system? Has the current system always been like this or has it been changed for the worse/better?
English

Revolut exec says: "Going public would be a distraction from the primary goal of this company, which is to grow."
FT has dropped this great piece about Revolut, worth reading the whole thing.

@SyriacPhenom @tyler28223 It’s the ”Cause of all Causes” by an anonymous bishop from Edessa. It predates Mor Michael Rabo and is from the 10th century.
English

@arambusiness @ArameanQueen Aramaic because we are speakers of Aramaic and Arameans in origin
English

@arambusiness I see no problem with the current name, but the name Aramaic is a problem because we are not Aramaeans and even our language is not Aramaic.

Samtidigt satt övriga i salen kvar. Tysta.

@maxkarpis Why’d they need a banking license in France if it already falls under the Lithuanian license?
English

Revolut Western Europe CEO Beatrice Cossa-Dumurgier said that Revolut hopes to secure bank licences in France and the US this year, the key markets for accelerating Revolut's growth.
Western Europe accounts for around a third of the customers currently signing up to Revolut, Cossa-Dumurgier said.
"If we want to definitely become the primary bank for all of our customers, we need to expand the product offering and have these local products that meet these types of needs," Cossa-Dumurgier said, referring to mortgages and regulated savings products, such as France's Livret A.
She said that discussions with France's banking regulator, ACPR, about the licence were "advanced".
Unlike regulators in New Zealand and Australia, regulators in France do not link their licence decisions to the UK process, she added.

@maxkarpis Weird, it felt like it was mid-market a few years ago. I’m pretty sure their rates at least were much better than today.
English

@gitbreth Revolut never offered a true mid-market rate. They use their own rates.

Revolut wants to drop the challenger-bank image in the UK and be seen as a different type of bank altogether.
Revolut is shifting from disruptor to trusted bank.
“It’s a big moment for Revolut,” says CMO Antoine Le Nel, speaking about the newly received UK banking licence. “We wanted to anchor that moment and show that we’re progressing as a UK player.”
The UK campaign, featuring Graham Norton, has two clear goals.
“We have two objectives. The first is to make sure people perceive us as a bank, with all the trust and reputation that comes with it… Sometimes we forget that Revolut is a British company.”
Antoine nails the tension:
“The biggest challenge is that we want people to perceive us as a bank, without being perceived as a bank. We’re saying, ‘We are a bank, but a different kind of bank.’”
Revolut's marketing spend reached £528M in 2025, yet grew more slowly than revenue.
“Our marketing budget has grown, but less than our revenue and profit. We’re gaining efficiency.”
Global-local model:
“I don’t want Revolut to have a different brand in every market. You need that coherence.”
Sponsorships blend global reach (Audi F1 2026) with local relevance (Manchester City women’s team).
“While it’s good to position yourself as a global brand, you also need local cultural relevance.”
Earlier, I wrote that Revolut has outgrown the challenger label, and perception has to shift. The company is positioning its brand for the next phase of growth.
For some people, Revolut is just an FX card. Will Revolut be able to shake off its old labels, and how will Revolut be perceived in the future?
