@GtinyJ We do not need new hotels on virgin land. We have many old buildings eg Intercontinental, Hilton that can be renovated. Those two alone can carry the bed capacity of the proposed 3 new hotels.

In Mwea, a pickup of tomatoes is retailing at Kshs. 1400,canter at 2K and a lorry at 3K. Cows are running away when they see someone carrying a sack. Then, when someone stands in an empowerment nonsense meeting, he's singing to them about how they need the avoidable housing.
