The “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” line at #Australian institutions (@Westpac 👀) is getting a bit old, followed by a 30 minute wait to talk to a human. It’s 2023 - how about a call back feature? Reconsidering whether I want to stay with a big 4 #bank.

I’m not a teacher, nor claim to be a #pedagogical expert. However, surely in a world where #AI is thrown around to support #pseudoscience nonsense, teaching *critical & rational thinking* all the way from 🧒 kindy to high school (& beyond 🧑‍🎓) is even more important now?
