🚨 A Warning to All Traders - FXIFY's Bad Faith Actions Cost Me $1,320 🚨 I am writing this post to share my deeply frustrating and financially damaging experience with FXIFY. I believe they operate in bad faith and change the rules after you succeed. I have lost $1,320, and I want to prevent this from happening to anyone else. The Timeline of Events (All Backed by Evidence): 1. The Pre-Approval (August 20, 2025): Before I risked any money, I explicitly asked FXIFY Support if my strategy, which used a 2.8% risk-per-trade was permitted. Their response was clear and in writing: "It is permitted" and "No it would not trigger any restrictions." (Attached Screenshot 1: The support email approving) 2. Relying on this official approval, I purchased a total of FOUR challenge accounts from FXIFY, costing me a total of $1,760. 3. The Success and False Accusation: After failing 3 challenges I successfully passed the fourth of the $100,000 challenges, reaching the $10,000 profit target. Instead of a funded account, I received an email from Compliance accusing me of "statistical arbitrage" a complex, algorithmic strategy that my simple two-trade history (a single sell trade and a single buy trade held for days) clearly does not represent. The Bad-Faith "Refund": After I disputed their false accusation with evidence of their own pre-approval, they then said they would send to their "senior risk" team for a secondary review. After which they reverted still carrying on with the beach, with the false claim of statistical arbitrage, stating their decision was final. They then claimed to have issued a refund for the one account they breached. However, they had never received my wallet details. When I challenged this and demanded a refund for all four challenges (since they retroactively banned the strategy used in all of them), they admitted they could only refund the one account and refused the others, keeping $1,320 of my money. (Screenshot 4: Their email admitting they won't refund the failed challenges) The Bottom Line: @fxifycom approved my strategy, took my money for 4 challenges, and then, when I successfully passed using that exact same strategy, they invented a false reason to avoid issuing a funded account and refused to return the majority of my funds. This is a severe warning to the community. If you are profitable, @fxifycom appears willing to use vague clauses to dismiss you and keep your challenge fees. You cannot trust their written word. I have all the email correspondence and screenshots to back up every single claim in this post.
