Although the government says there is enough fuel in the country, it is reviewing prices regularly to avoid shortages and illegal reselling. Authorities are also working with suppliers to use alternative supply routes that are not affected by the Middle East conflict. In addition, diesel imports by road have now been approved to improve supply. The government says it is trying to keep diesel prices lower than they could be, especially to support key sectors like transport, mining, and agriculture.
