Delta flight 419 from Seattle to Honolulu cancelled after crew accidentally deploys the emergency slide as the aircraft arrived at the gate. Its reported that someone did not cross-check and ensure the slide was disarmed on the 767 before opening the door. A person familiar with the 767 says the aircraft is the most accidental blown slide in the fleet due to the big handle being really close to the arming/disarming lever.
