'Charity' does not always mean good, it just means tax deductible. (eg. Some far right think tanks have charitable status)

I’m sure this will change exactly zero minds… but the @vicpdcanada officers were parked in the yellow section. The MVA 183.2.c states that cyclists must, “…ride as near as practicable to the right side of the highway…” which many read as “possible” but that’s not it. 1/4
