black pill: Crime in Rwanda is not taken as heavily because we are not capable of maintaining a prison system of that size/level. Unless you are a political prisoner you are very likely to get away with ANYTHING if ur lawyer is good enough.

I can't wish malice on anyone and because of that, I feel happy for him to avoid jail time. I also feel that the family of his victim whom killed while drunk have been serviced with injustice. this is just an opinion but I imagine a non-famous person would've rotten in jail.

JUST IN: DJ Toxxyk has been found guilty on all four counts, including involuntary manslaughter, drug-related offences, and fleeing the scene of an accident.
According to a verdict delivered by the Nyarugenge Primary Court, he will not serve a jail term but will instead pay a fine of Rwf 1,050,000 and be sentenced to three months of community service.
The community service has been suspended for six months, meaning he will only serve it if he commits another offence within that period.
