There has got to be a fairer, simpler, more efficient way of selling tickets that isn’t so open to touts, scammers, resellers & bots 🤯 #Oasis In the queue, out of the queue, refresh / don’t refresh, wait in line, back of the line, accused of being a bot… timed out 😵‍💫

@ElliottSale @SamMcHaffie If you zoom out and read the article again, and with context, it maybe a little clearer that this is no slight on your profession. It's something that works for us. If you wish to share some insight and put it into a football context I'd be very happy to learn more.

@ElliottSale @SamMcHaffie This is by no means a one action fits all situation as we know everyone is different. It's important to share our findings and that it was the article a small insight into the interventions we make at a place where we take womens health and the athlete very seriously.

Tracking athletes' menstrual cycles and related symptoms to make individualised decisions based on data and conversations is important and necessary. Putting in place generic strategies for different phases based on no high quality evidence, is unhelpful and potentially harmful.

@ElliottSale Good evening Kirsty. I am over the moon that the article has bought about conversation in this area. It's exactly what is needed, bringing the subject to the fore to help coaches make more imformalised decisions with the athlete to improve both performance and wellbeing

🧵Female athletes please read: 1. The menstrual cycle does NOT have a dropsies phase 2. There is no high-quality evidence to say that your reaction time will be decreased in Phase 1 (when oestrogen and progesterone are low) & 4 (when oestrogen and progesterone are high)
Molly Hudson@M0lly_Writes

Exclusive🚨Inside Chelsea’s GK Union In phase 1 + 4 of the menstrual cycle reaction time is decreased. Women suffer the ‘dropsies’. Over 90 minutes of fascinating convo for @TimesSport @gkstuart79 + @carlytelford1 explain how they combat it + loads more thetimes.co.uk/article/85ca6a…

@JillLoyden No truer words said. No journey is the same, therefore the way we coach individually must be different to get results

To me, coaching is like doing a puzzle WITH a gk. Through working together, collaborating, experimenting, and exploring together, the picture becomes more clear. With each gk, it’s a different picture . And with each ending is a recognition of hundreds more problems to solve.
