@EmiratesSupport I was booked on EK381 (HK–Dubai) on 5 March. My booking was cancelled only four hours before departure while I was already travelling to the airport with my 2 young children. Flight tracking showed the flight operated. Customer service/communication very poor!

@btbusinesscare I made a complaint on 05/06/2023, I called today for an update and had been on the phone only to be cut off at 6pm as the phone line closes, no update on order. Promised call back and no call back and just going round in circles 😡
