@westsidephilos1 @foundmyfitness I think I’ll just test a bunch of products at some point and do an episode. Some degree of batch to batch variation is to be expected, and I’m going to assume that there are some really good faith products out there. Would be great to know which ones they are.

There are some good 3rd party websites for Omega 3 concentrations in fish oils (@foundmyfitness discussed these on the HLP: link in thread). Is there a 3rd party site for testing actual probiotic strains & amounts in commercial products? People spend a lot of $ on these.
