Hospitals can charge up to $700 for a bag of saline, which only costs them an average of $2.00 per bag. Someone explain to me how this is NOT a form of legalized fraud? Please make it make sense.

Last week, the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act became law, the biggest housing bill out of Congress in 30 years. The truth is, the housing crisis we're facing wasn't created overnight. It was created over decades, and fixing it won't happen overnight either. It's going to take an all-hands-on-deck approach, not just this year, and ten years from now too. ROAD was a huge leap forward; I won't stop fighting to keep making progress on this issue.
