@glasses2you Hi, I'm having problems. My order number 90608 broke twice and was asked to order different model. I ordered Chelsea Blue, it was acknowledged on X, but I've had nothing delivered and your response seems to have disappeared. Can you help?

@glasses2you Hi, I bought a pair of spec 29/10/2023 which fell apart on Sunday (31/12/2023). I emailed help@glasses2you.co.uk on Sunday to ask about a warranty but had no response. Am I better off forgetting about the money I spent with Glasses2You and going elsewhere?

@glasses2you Hi, you know those replacement glasses you sent a few days ago? I just took them off in the car and the lens fell out. It fell out because the frame broke. Beginning to think the frames don't fit the lenses. What should I do? Another return?
