The product research method nobody talks about :
Spotted it. Validated it. Launched it.
$200K in 24 hours.
No paid tools.
No complex analysis.
No wasted weeks "preparing."
I broke down the exact process inside my ebook.
Every filter. Every signal. Every step.
Comment "RESEARCH" and I'll send you the link directly.
First 20 only.

I've seen kids with $200 launch stores that print.
I've seen adults with $10K burn through it all and quit in two weeks.
The difference was never the budget.
It was always the belief.
If you're waiting until you "have enough money to start," you'll be waiting forever.
Conviction is the real startup capital.

just built a swipe file of 58 VSLs that are printing on Facebook right now
not theory
not old examples from 2021
these are current 7–8 figure ads actively scaling
inside you’ll find:
– long-form VSLs breaking down problem → agitation → mechanism
– short punchy in-feed videos that hook in 3 seconds
– on-lander VSLs built to convert warm traffic
– hybrid advertorial + VSL structures
over 12 of the strongest ecommerce niches
supplements
skincare
beauty
gadgets
home
weight loss
and more
you’ll see the hooks they’re using
how they introduce the mechanism
where the offer drops
how they stack proof
how they handle objections
no fluff
just real creatives you can model and adapt
if you’re running ads, this will save you weeks of testing
if you’re not, it’ll show you what winning creative actually looks like in 2026
rt + comment “VSL” and I’ll send the swipe file for free

right now native ads are the most under utilized format in DTC and we are printing big $$$ for our partners
low competition, high performance and massive opportunity
but this window won’t last
right now every agency and brand is obsessed with the same format, AI UGC because it’s cheap and fast
talking head VSLs because they saw it work in someone’s ad library
problem is, when everyone runs the same playbook, the advantage disappears
ad fatigue hits faster, CPMs go up, creative needs to work harder just to break even
meanwhile native ads are sitting there completely under-
utilized and I’m seeing this across every account we manage (specifically in supplement, beauty and wellness)
most brands don’t even test natives because they think “that’s not our style” or “our audience won’t respond to that”
which is exactly why it works so well right now
low competition = lower CPMs = higher ROAS with the same creative quality
we’re consistently seeing 20%+ win rates with natives while other formats are struggling to hit 5-10%
right now there’s a blue ocean opportunity because not everyone is aware of this native ad format. Even if they are, they don’t know how to make it work.
but the moment this becomes common knowledge, the edge shrinks
I’ve seen this pattern repeat with every format
UGC's were the cheat code in 2020-2021, now it’s saturated and everyone’s fighting for the same creators
VSLs printed money in 2022, now every supplement brand has the same 3-minute mechanism ad (we still have the VSL ads sitting in the clients account in the TOP 3 most spending ads lol)
natives are having that moment RIGHT NOW in late 2025/early 2026
and if you’re not capitalizing on this window, you’re leaving money on the table
the first-mover advantage here is real
brands that crack this can ship ad creatives faster, have a comparatively higher win rate, lower CPMs, and less creative fatigue before the market catches up.
by the time everyone else figures it out, you’ll already have your winners scaled and your systems dialed
but if you wait until this becomes the consensus play, you’re just fighting in another saturated channel
the opportunity is now and you can literally milk it out until your competitors are running the same playbook
btw I’m putting together the full guide on native ads and breaking the exact principles we are using to maintain such high rate with native ads
dropping this only on my newsletter, completed the pre-production module already.
If you want early access, comment “native ads” and I’ll add you to the list, this is going to be insanely valuable
talk soon 🙌

You can make a lot by trenching and grinding 24/7
But the real gains are made in knowing when to exit, enter, and rotate markets
There’s a crossroads during the bootstrap path where you must shift your mindset to that of the VC, PE, and the funds in some ways
Or things will eventually become and feel no different than a job with diminishing returns
Money doesn’t think about you or know anything about your background
Thinking about it emotionally or trying to force it into your hands is useless
At the macro levels many of the micro level stressors are comically written off
Knowing when to exit, enter, and rotate opportunities is the only difference between you and whoever you think your competition is
Data(education), liquidity(purchasing power), speed to execution(energy) become more important as time goes on
Humans are more similar to AI than most can comprehend right now
Nothing ever truly changes
Whoever has the most of those three things rules the next generation of humans
And whoever amongst the current generation of humans utilizes AI and passes it down to younger generations
Will be more fit to survive future generations
Versus the ones who ignore it and think it’s better to just trench all the time
Most think the guys at the top have the biggest egos, usually the opposite

You need to understand two things in 2025:
1. A digital business is, in almost every way, superior to a non-digital business.
I don’t just mean scalability — from one second to the next, you can target the entire world instead of only a specific geographic area. And as if that weren’t enough, you also have far more room for optimization, since you are not strictly bound to one jurisdiction and its regulations.
Once you own physical restaurants, you are heavily dependent on your surroundings, local regulations, and many other location-based factors.
2. On top of that, the financial system of the digital world is completely disconnected from the offline world.
People spend money online far more easily than they do offline, and the sheer potential for scale is something no offline business can realistically match.
Just imagine: a well-running restaurant might generate $500K per year — in e-commerce, you can do that in a single day.
What I’m trying to say is this:
The world is no longer “fair” in the sense that whoever works the hardest makes the most money. It is only about where you put your time and effort.
The business model is far more important than the amount of dedication alone. Is that fair?
Of course not.
But it has also never been easier to build real wealth without rich parents or any special head start. Take advantage of it.
I’m not saying anything negative about offline businesses at all — but the moment you understand that the scale of people you can reach, and the number of people whose working hours you can leverage, directly determines your income, everything changes.
An average “internet money” entrepreneur will outperform the smartest restaurant owner in 99% of cases.

A lot of you guys have been asking me for the workflow on how I created this using AI.
I've recorded the exact step-by-step process in 2 Loom videos. Dropping it completely for free.
One guy even said he'd pay me for it. But nah, I don't want your money.
I am going to milk your reach though.
Just retweet this post and comment "DM" - I'll send the Loom videos to you.
