Not dunking on the Hoff here.
When my knees hurt the most, I never used a cane or walker. I sucked it up.
That sucking up caused my cortisol levels to go off the charts. The pain was excruciating. The cascade trickle down was devastating.
Luckily I eventually learned my knee pain was from bad food intake.
73 year old humans can walk just fine.
I was 20 years younger and I could not walk fine.
Until I changed my intake.
Not saying everyone is crippled by bad diet.
But I am saying most are. By virtue of how simply I cleared it all up from hell to happiness with simple nutritional common sense.
