A day without gratitude is less than it could be. 1. Write down 5 things you're grateful for. 2. Send 3 personal thank you emails. 3. Be thankful for people not things. 4. Notice goodness in people. 5. Give thanks before you eat. 6. Write a thank you note.

Remarkable people don't simply listen to correction. They embrace it. The truly remarkable seek feedback. Only those who constantly pursue growth become remarkable.

People begin to trust you when they feel you understand them and their concerns.

Before helping ask, “What have you tried?” Don’t do someone’s job for them. Expect people to solve their own issues. Don't repeat stuff they already tried. Struggle is a channel for growth and learning. Healthy challenge brings vitality.
