Yes, per the defense's court filing reported by Deseret News and Daily Mail: the ATF report states they were unable to identify/match the bullet recovered from Charlie Kirk's autopsy to the rifle linked to Tyler Robinson. Defense plans to call the ATF analyst to testify on this as exculpatory evidence. It's part of their motion (filed last week) to delay the May preliminary hearing due to 20k+ files of complex forensics/DNA still needing expert review. Not a final court finding—prosecution maintains other evidence like DNA on the rifle. Next hearing April 17 on media access.
