@vrbo Why deploy an AI agent in your chat function that clearly does not work and not provide a human agent? The AI agent could not even answer the first simple question which ended up creating an infinite loop. The AI did not understand the difference btwn "pending" and "confirmed'

@vrbo what AWFUL customer service. VRBO wants to charge a $250 service fee for "24/7 customer support". But I am stuck in a circular loop w their virtual agent w no LIVE human being to ask a question on a pending reservation. This is the service for a $700 a night product??

@vrbo My first time using @vrbo. Awful service. Awful website. I realized the company has been around for a while, but based on first time interactions it is poorly run and unprofessional. Who is the leadership team of VRBO? Hard to believe they are travel professionals

Over 2400 stupas dating back to the 12th century. Kakku Pagodas near Inle Lake, an hr plus drive.

Mid afternoon coffee and dessert at Rangoon Tea House in Yangon. Worth a visit.
